Bowring was a jack of all trades for the Wasps. He completed 3 of 4 passes for 140 yards and three touchdowns.He also ran for 1,054 yards on 108 carries (9.77 yards per rush) and 16 scores while hauling in 30 receptions for 506 yards and 8 touchdowns.The defensive MVP of Region 14 was his teammate, defensive end, Blake Mangelson. Mangelson netted 5.5 sacks and 54 tackles on the season.The offensive MVP was North Sanpete’s fullback/middle linebacker Connor Jorgensen. Jorgensen ran for 581 yards on 116 carries (5.1 yards per carry) and 13 scores while also hauling in 36 passes for 512 yards (14.2 yards per reception) and 6 touchdowns. Additionally, he threw a touchdown pass on the season.Juab had six representatives on the all-region first team, including middle linebacker Rylan Watts (3 sacks, interception, 93 tackles), fullback Trey Lund (93 car, 538 yards, 8 TD’s; 9 car, 109 yards, 2 TD’s), guard Dominic Davidson, strong safety Karder Shepherd (45 tackles), center Bladen Fowkes and signal-caller Zac Cowan (110-194, 1,553 yards, 15 TD’s/8 INT’s).Delta had two representatives on the first team: tailback/middle linebacker Jake Jackson (82 car, 383 yards, 12 TD’s; 12 rec, 168 yards, TD, defensively: 120 tackles, 4 sacks, INT) and receiver/middle linebacker Jace Thomas (3 sacks, interception, 63 tackles).North Sanpete had five representatives on the first team. They include offensive lineman/outside linebacker Cole Mickel (1 car, 11 yards; 90 tackles, 6 sacks, INT), tight end/outside linebacker Jaxton Langschwager (37 rec, 638 yards, 7 TD’s; 71 tackles, 7 sacks), fullback/safety Payton Clawson (77 car, 342 yards, 7 TD’s; 31 rec, 453 yards; 5 TD’s, 41 tackles, INT), middle linebacker Laramie Roberts (51 tackles, INT) and offensive lineman/defensive lineman Andrew Petersen (21 tackles, sack).Manti had four representatives on the first team. They include receiver/safety Travis Thomson (31 rec, 574 yards, 10 TD’s; 22 tackles, INT), offensive tackle/defensive tackle Jason Henningson (59 tackles, 5 sacks), middle linebacker Mitchell Newman (118 tackles, sack) and center/defensive end Keenan Moulton (53 tackles, 3.5 sacks).Juab had six representatives on the second team. They included corner-back Bodee Blackett (27 tackles, 2 INT’s), guard David Phillips, corner-back David Phillips (11 tackles), defensive end Braden Pay (29 tackles, 2 sacks), free safety Louk Stevens (44 tackles, 3 INT’s) and linebacker Boden Ballow (55 tackles, 4 sacks).On the second team, Delta was represented by offensive lineman/defensive lineman Kurtus Nielson and tailback/outside linebacker Will Finlinson (95 car, 540 yards, 4 TD’s; 3 rec, 19 yards; 57 tackles).North Sanpete had five representatives on the second team. They include quarterback Landon Bowles (153-279, 2,062 yards, 19 TD’s/13 INT’s; 20 car, 10 yards, rush TD), receiver Magnus Clawson (33 rec, 446 yards, 3 TD’s), nose guard Shelton Christiansen (19 tackles), center Trevor Dyches and safety Turner Robinson (12 tackles, 2 interceptions).Manti had four representatives on the second team. They include tailback/center Ryker Hewko (64 car, 313 yards, TD; 22 rec, 223 yards, 4 TD’s), quarterback Jax Parry (104-199, 1,451 yards, 18 TD’s, 10 INT’s), tailback-outside linebacker Austin Cox (99 rec, 483 yards, 2 TD’s; 15 rec, 137 yards, 2 TD’s; 44 tackles, 2 sacks, INT) and tailback/center Tyson Brenchley (73 car, 555 yards; 5 rec, 45 yards, TD; 24 tackles, INT).Juab had four honorable mention representatives. They include punter Kollin Robertson, fullback Shan Jackson (39 car, 236 yards, TD; 1 rec, 4 yards), corner-back Jake Bailey (14 tackles, INT) and kicker Brock England (2 field goals; 48-54 on PAT’s).Delta had two honorable mention representatives. They include offensive lineman/defensive lineman Jake Nickle (32 tackles) and tailback/outside linebacker Tate Willoughby (32 car, 189 yards; 7 rec, 61 yards, TD; 41 tackles, INT).North Sanpete had three representatives garnering honorable mention honors. They include corner-back Callan Beck (36 tackles, interception), defensive end Alex Mower (27 tackles, 2 sacks) and tailback/outside linebacker Kaden Taylor (29 car, 130 yards, 4 TD’s; 9 rec, 137 yards, TD; 15 tackles, sack).Manti was represented on the honorable mention squad by tight end/outside linebacker/safety Tanner Justesen (1 car, 10 yards; 16 rec, 173 yards, TD; 41 tackles, interception), defensive end Jens LeFevre (64 tackles, 3 sacks) and guard/middle linebacker Collin Carter (31 tackles).
